LeBron James won BIG over the weekend, but it wasn’t the slam dunk he was lookin’ for.
The infamous 42nd Golden Raspberry Awards aka The Razzies, which honors the worst movies in the film industry, went down this weekend and LeBron was embarrassingly honored with the Worst Actor Award for his role in the infamously-underwhelming Space Jam reboot.
But that’s not all! The four-time Razzie nominated Space Jam: A New Legacy also won Worst Screen Couple and Worst Remake, Rip-off or Sequel, with its competitors Karen, Tom & Jerry the Movie, Twist, and The Woman in the Window, falling short.
Despite winning three Razzies and its almost laughable score on Rotten Tomatoes, the poorly-reviewed Space Jam reboot cashed in at $162 million at the box office. Do you think LeBron James and Space Jam: A New Legacy deserved to win Razzies? Tune in to see what our Dish Nation hosts think!
