Dave Chappelle is thankful for his fans bossin’ up! After asking his followers to boycott the Chappelle Show because ViacomCBS wouldn’t pay him for licensing his show to Netflix and other streaming platforms, Comedy Central has a sudden change of heart!

As it turns out, the boycott hit the media company where it hurt—causing Comedy Central to pay Dave “millions of dollars” in retribution. In a 10-minute video captioned “Redemption Song” on Instagram, Chappelle thanked fans for their support and announced the Chappelle Show’s return to Netflix starting today.

“I never asked Comedy Central for anything. If you remember I said ‘I’m going to my real boss and I came to you’ because I know where my power lies,” Dave said. “You made that show worthless because without your eyes, it’s nothing. And when you stopped watching it they called me. And I got my name back. And I got my license back, and I got my show back, and they paid me millions of dollars. Thank you very much.”
