President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, has been found guilty on three felony charges.

Concluding a weeklong trial in Delaware for charges that date back to 2018, Hunter is found guilty of making a false statement in connection with the sale of a firearm, a false statement in a firearms transaction, and possessing a firearm while being on drugs. Hunter’s verdict makes history as the first immediate family member to be found guilty of a crime during his father’s presidency.

Hunter could face up to 25 years in prison and a fine up to $750k, although multiple reports predict his sentence will be significantly less than the max. A sentencing date hasn’t been set but is expected to happen 120 days after the verdict.
