There aren’t enough coins to get Chris Rock back on the Oscars stage as a host!

During the Phoenix stop of his comedy tour, Chris revealed the Oscars reached out to him about hosting next year’s awards show post the slap fiasco with Will Smith, but he turned it all the way down.

He then compared him hosting the Oscars after Will slapped him to the late Nicole Simpson going “back to the restaurant” where she left her eyeglasses before she was killed—referring to O.J. Simpson’s high-profile murder case. Yikes!

In case you missed it (we’re sure you haven’t), Will slapped Chris “Big Willie Style” while onstage at the Oscars after Chris made a “G.I. Jane” joke about Jada Pinkett-Smith, who is bald because of her alopecia.
