The ’90s were a party but eyebrows weren’t on the guest list. Reese Witherspoon blames Drew Barrymore for her anemic brows but really they were everyone’s fault.

’90s lips were to be lined and gloss was to be POPPING! If your lips couldn’t be seen from space you needed to reapply. Destiny’s Child made sure their lips shined like the top of the Chrysler Building.
